Death the KidXReader Picnic

You sat down on your sofa bored to tears. All your friends were off doing something fun.

Maka went shopping with Tsubaki. Soul and Black*Star were playing video games. And Liz and Patti were getting their hair done.

You sighed and filled through the channels on tv. Nothing was on that was interesting. Nothing. You yawned and climbed off the couch.
You walked into your kitchen and pulled out a cookie and began to eat it. Then, you heard your cell phon ring. You ran over and picked
it up off of the table. You looked at the caller ID. It was Kid.

"Hello?" you say.
"Hey, _______!!" Kid replies.
"Oh, hey Kid. What's up?" you ask.
"Well, I was wondering if you wanted to maybe go and hang out that the park with me for a while." he asks. You blush.

For a while now, you have had a major crush on Kid. The only person who knew was Maka.

"Sure! I'd love to go!" you say.
"Awesome! I'll see you there in a few." And with that, Kid hung up.

You smile and put your phone back on the table. You then run off into your bedroom. You dash over to your closet and open the
doors. 'What should I wear?' you ask yourself. You decide on a (f/c) t shirt with black skinny jeans and (f/c) sneakers. You quickly
comb your (h/c) hair and grab your keys. You leave your apartment and head for the park.


Once at the park, you look everywhere for Kid. You have no luck at all. 'I wonder where he is.' you think. Then, you hear a very familier
voice calling out to you.

"_____! Over here!"

You look over your shoulder to see Kid running up to you.

"Hey Kid!" you say happily.
"I finally found you! Come on! I have something to show you." he says, grabbing your hand and pulling you somewhere.
You blush a little.

Finally, Kid brings you to a huge old tree, which gives a large amount of shade. And there under the tree, is a picnic. You cover
your mouth with one hand and smile.

"Do you like it?" he asks. You find no words and just nod. He smiles and sits down and pats a spot for you to sit next to him.
You slowly sit and relax.

"Kid, you didn't have to do this for me." you tell him. He shakes his head. "_____, I wanted too!" he says smiling.
You smile back and begin to eat the (f/f) that Kid packed.


After an amazing lunch, the two of you lay down in the grass, side by side. You close your eyes and enjoy the beautiful day with
the most nicest and cutest guy you know. After about 5 minutes for silence, you hear Kid clearing his throat. You open your
(e/c) eyes and look over at him.

"Is there something wrong??" you ask him. Kid looks over at you.
"Well, _____, the reason I made this is because...." he trails off.
You look at him with confusion. "Because what?" you ask. He looks over at you and blushes.
"B-Because I l-love you." he says, his voice a little quiet. Your eyes widen as your realise what he has just told you.
"It's ok if you don't return the feelings." he says, sighing.
You look over at him, then hug him.
"Kid! I love you too!!" you say. He smiles and hugs you back.
Then, he pulls you into a passionate kiss.

You kiss back and enjoy the few moments in it. After a while, you two break away for some air.

"I love you." Kid says.
"I love you too."
